Two Levels. One Home.
The Pink Palace is a two-level, 4,600 SF home — a rooftop primary suite with the best views on the property, connected by an internal stairwell to three more bedrooms below. One house, top to bottom.
Built for a family that wants room to spread out without splitting up. Grandparents or the couple upstairs with the sunset deck and the quietest nights. The rest of the crew below with more bedrooms, a second kitchen, and a wrap-around balcony of their own.
1 Bedroom (King), 1 full bathroom, massive open-plan kitchen/dining/family area (inflatable mattress available for 1-2 more). Wrap-around 3-sided deck facing south, west, and north. Porch swing facing the mainland. The most epic views on the property.
Three bedrooms — Master (King, en-suite), Blue Room (Queen), Yellow Room (Queen + Full/Twin bunkbed, sleeps 5). Full kitchen, family room, and a wrap-around balcony with epic bay views — just a touch lower than the top level above.
The Bay Suite — a walkout apartment underneath the main home with its own separate entrance — may be rented to other guests during your stay. You'll share the pool, dock, and La Rosa with them, the same way every guest at El Palacio Rosa does. Want the whole property to yourselves? Resort Takeover gives you both homes with no other overnight guests. (La Rosa stays open to the public either way.)

Access note
The top level is reached via a private bridge from the upper driveway, or through the doors off the bottom driveway to the lower level — an internal stairwell connects both. The beach and dock are downstairs. Stairs throughout — not ideal for limited mobility.
Please note
La Rosa, our dockside restaurant, is open most nights — music low in the background, a live band or DJ a couple times a month. It draws neighbors and boats in off the bay, so you'll pass other diners on the road down to the dock. A working island restaurant at the bottom of your own driveway is not a bad problem to have.
