La Rosa stays open to the public, so you'll still have dockside dining steps away.

Access note
The Pink Palace's top level is reached via a private bridge from the upper driveway. The beach and dock are downstairs. Stairs throughout — not ideal for limited mobility.
Please note
Even with the whole property yours, La Rosa stays open to the public — our dockside restaurant, open most nights, music low in the background, a live band or DJ a couple times a month. It draws neighbors and boats in off the bay, so you'll pass other diners on the road down to the dock. For a group of eighteen, a restaurant on-site that you don't have to cook for is the best amenity on the property.
