The Bay Suite is a walkout apartment underneath the main home — walk out the door and you're on the sand, steps from the private dock. Whether you're gearing up for an early dive or watching the sun drop behind the jungle from a kayak, water access doesn't get more immediate than this.
Two comfortable bedrooms, a private bath, and bay views from the moment you wake up. Designed for a couple of divers, a small family, or anyone who wants direct, uninterrupted access to the reef without a drive, a boat queue, or a crowd.
Accessibility note
There are some stairs to reach the dock and beach. Ramps are available at most points but are steep. Please contact us if you have specific mobility requirements.
Dive shop access
La Rosa Dive & Fish is private and guest-focused — tanks are available and air fills for a small fee, with occasional access for a neighbor or outside guest. No shared boats, no schedules you didn't set. They also book deep sea fishing right from our dock — wahoo, mahi, grouper, and snapper minutes offshore, with tuna, tarpon, bonefish, and permit on the right day. Certifications and guided dives are handled right on-site, taught by PADI dive masters and instructors who were literally raised diving these waters.
La Rosa, right next door
The Bay Suite sits closest to La Rosa, our dockside restaurant — open most nights, music low in the background, a live band or DJ a couple times a month. It draws neighbors and boats in off the bay, so expect other diners at the dock. It also means dinner is a short walk in bare feet.
